An unexpected bid proposal left me scrambling for 3 years of reviewed financials in a rush.  Ernie made it happen with 10 days to spare.  His professional and consistent communication, knowledge and skill set, paired with a calm demeanor brought my stress level from a 10 to a 0.  I am so glad he was available! I called Earnie and left a message regarding a question about capital gains tax, he called me back quite promptly, and despite my not being a customer he answered my question and gave me time to explain my situation.
